Yaesu FT-950
I've been searching Google to see if any "new" news has arisen about the Yaesu FT-950.At mods.dk, the first of the modifications for the FT-950 is the MARS/CAP mod (you will need to register).
More reviews are appearing at eHam.
The new Vertex Standard UK website is still under construction.
Andrews Communications is now listing the FT-950 at $2499 AUD.
Radio Specialists in South Australia have listed the FT-950 at $2860 AUD.
DX Lab Suite "Commander" now supports the FT-950.
If you are using the FT-950 with N3FJP logging software, use the FT-9000 settings.

Gooday Laurie, I noted the prices on the FT950 and that is correct. The Tasmanian Miena hamfest is on 6/12/08 and all Yaesu equipment will be sold at pre 20% rise price ie: FT950 $1995, in stock or not, the sale will be honored. I have just ordered one from there, VK7KDO is the contact.
